The Flüela at 2,383m is the fast route between Davos and the Lower Engadin. Wide sweepers, good sight lines, and a surface that rewards confident driving. Less tourist traffic than the Julier or Albula — locals use it as a transit road. The north side from Davos is the better drive: long flowing corners through alpine meadow. The Schwarzhorn lake at the summit is one of the best photo spots in Graubünden. Well-maintained year-round attempt, but winter closure is common above 2,200m. A clean, satisfying road that doesn't get the attention it deserves.
